Placed an order but not got an email to confirm it?
The best place to start is your junk folder - particularly if you use hotmail. It's common for emails from our system to get mis-labelled as junk or spam.
If it's not there, please get in touch with us by pressing the 'submit a request' button on this page.
When you submit a request, make sure you let us know the email address you used when you placed the order. We'll be able to look up any order you may have placed and send you a confirmation.
