Missing order confirmation email

Placed an order but not got an email to confirm it?

The best place to start is your junk folder - particularly if you use hotmail. It's common for emails from our system to get mis-labelled as junk or spam.

If it's not there, please raise a ticket including the email and billing address you used when placing the order. We'll be able to look up any order you may have placed and send you a confirmation.
