Changing delivery addresses

Once you’ve placed your order it can be difficult to change the address it’s being delivered to.

However, if you have just placed an order and realised you made a mistake, please raise a ticket and let us know. We’ll do all we can to make sure the change is made.

Please note that changing your address in your ‘My Egmont’ account will only affect future orders and not those you have already placed.
